Default 4 wheel parts locker trouble

I wanted to share this story with yall, so i recently got back from afghan in june and after getting back i wanted to regear my rubicon so i took it to 4 wheel parts down here in Hawaii. They were supposed to have the jeep for three days well after almost a week they called me saying it was done but that the rear locker wasnt workin, they asked if it did before i brought it in i said of course as soon as i got back i tested the 4 wheel drive lockers sway bar ect.... they continued to trouble shoot and had it almost two weeks said they couldnt figure out the problem and that they had no way of knowing if it did work before i brought it in. My jeep is an 08 with less than 9000 miles on it so of course i was pissed, i emailed 4 wheel parts and told them what had happened and how i felt is was wrong of course, well they called today and said my locker came in and i was confused because i hadnt even received an email back from them they said it was all on them so i get to drop it off and get it fixed for free which is the way it should have been. i just thought maybe yall wouldnt mind to hear this.....

Did you email the store or corporate? They either want you to be a satisfied customer and return... Like a reputable business should, or they knew they effed up and fixed what they broke after they realized you went going to roll over and take it.

Good luck with your jeep and thank you for your service. Also I'd ask for your stock parts back so you can look over them to see what might be the cause of the issue.
