Not spacers for the shocks; 32s would clear plenty fine on the 4" lift. But without wheel spacers, and the stock backspacing being around 6 1/4", the wheels would rub the calipers. RC 4" lift calls for 4.5" backspacing - so using a 1.5" Wheel spacers will allow for stock wheels to be used.
