Its not a horrible kit. I dont like the shocks and here TF is changing over to the new Falcons soon.

For that price tag though, you'd think TF would at least throw in some dual-rate coils...

Damn, now I'm wanting to send this kit back before it ever even gets here

Problem is they'll probably stiff you with a re-stocking charge....

...but yeah, based on the $2700 spent on the TF, I would have looked at the following:
1. MetalCloak RockSport @ $2800 but it's a complete kit less the programmer
2. MetalCloak Fox @ $3250 - again complete kit less the programmer

3. JKS J-spec 3.5" @ $2465 - priced with programmer included but you only get the lower control arms which is fine....

4. AEV 3.5" DualSport RS ($2250) or the SC version ($1800) - priced with programmer included and you're using geometry correction brackets instead of adjustable or aftermarket fixed length beefier control arms BUT you can always add better control arms later which is what I did with my AEV kit after selling the correction brackets for ~ $100....

...also NorthRidge has that Teraflex kit you linked for like $2340 so hopefully you didn't pay the $2700 in either case.....

Unless you are planning to do a lot of rock crawling, I think you could have easily gotten away with a good 2.5" lift and a 1.5" body lift. Even then, that's no slouch either since that's basically what I'm currently running. If you run 35's, then no problem.

** Also these are mfg prices. You can get them cheaper with forum discount codes for at least the JKS. MetalCloak and AEV typically don't discount....

edit: i accidently added front arms instead of rears, but it would be about the same price

No I didn't pay $2700, but I guess I jumped the gun again. So before I order a high steer kit, is this what I should get or what? If so are there any other parts I'll need for this? I'm ordered both front and back driveshafts already. I'm looking at the programmers right now too.

You're going to need the kit so if you must stick with Teraflex, here are 2 options....

Personally I'm not a fan of frame drop brackets but since you're already knee deep in it and for simplicity's sake....

use discount code "JKFORUM" and save some $...

That's actually a pretty good build for standard coils + struts. I would have opted for Fox shocks which I'm guessing would have probably put it around $2300-$2400.

...BTW, the FRAME BRACE bracket on the TF kit requires welding so if you want to keep things strictly bolt-on, you're most likely going to have to piece-meal a kit together starting with a front axle trackbar bracket....

*** Call one of the vendors on the forum like NorthRidge and let them step through it with you. It'll be much easier lol....

Ok so I was able to get quadratec to stop shipment on almost everything and give me a store credit. If you had to pick a 4" Lift from there, which one would it be? I found this AEV kit but not sure if this is the best one to go with.
