I think Rock Krawler is hard to beat for the money. All components are top notch.

Lots of variables...

JK or JKU?
What size tires are you looking to run?
What's your budget?
This for mostly looks or wheeling?

Spend some time searching the site, this question has been asked plenty of times. Most likely, everyone is going to push the lift they have.

I'd say just go with a budget boost something like what teraflex and rock krawler offer. There cheap and you can fit 37's under your jeep with flat fenders.

But if you want a 4" inch I have the teraflex short arm and love it. You can't go wrong with rock krawler, teraflex, full traction, currie, or Clayton. Offroad evolution and currie also offer enforcer packages that are under 1500 you should look into those.

rough country has a cheap 4" lift but as a jeeper who hasn't gotten a lift yet and I was looking at 4" stuff it seams the better route for the money is a 2.5, can still run 35's and 37's with flat fenders. IMHO

AEV 3.5, unbelievable ride, if your not weighing it down with heavy bumpers you'll get 4" out of it.
