Default 4.75 back spacing question

my wheels have 4.75 back spacing all the lifts say 4.5 or less am I going to have problems. anyone running 4.75 backspacing

I would venture to say it all depends on the heigth of the lift and size of the tires.

My wheels have 4.75 BS, 35x12.5 tires, with a TeraFlex 2.5" BB. Haven't had any rubbing issues, though I *may* if I was turned at full stuff, but just full stuff still had room left.
