2012 With 6 speed manual. But I'm pretty heavy with bumpers,winch, and gobi rack.

Thx. I am keeping stock bumpers and not planning rack. Leaning to 4.56, but thought I would ask

I have 456 gears 12 manual with 35 TA KOs and I was at 2900 or so at 80 mph. I think you will be fine regardless. 1st gear is really quick but is nice being able to start in 2nd anyways.

How bad would 4.56 be with stock size tires? I've got a 12 manual 2d, plan on going to 35s down the road but know I have to get rid of the stock 3.21 gears.

My guess is while it would be great for crawling, it is going to feel over geared on the road until you get bigger tires
