Default 4.5 backspacing + spacers for toyos??

i have read through allot of the tire threads and am still not sure what would be best for me to do when adding my new wheels next week. i plan to run 37 toyos (13.5 inches wide) on a 3 inch lift with 1 bl and flat fenders. the wheels im mounting to have 4.5 inches of backspacing, is this enough or should i continue to use the wheels with my 1.5 spidertrax spacers?
thanks

I run mine with the 1.5 spacers and 4.5 bs. I only ran it once without them for about a week. Tires were rubbing my brakelines without the spacers.
