"Disconnect manipulation" meaning unplugging the brake light and unplugging the plate light. Which are literally plugs.
Those spare tire relocations are made for people who smashed their stock cruddy plastic license place brackets on the trail, or for people who prefer the look. They're not for everyone, and the price certainly has nothing to do with the difference in "quality" between these 3 options. L.O.L.
Btw...the two bolts that holds the bracket to your spare tire's lug nuts are 19mm...which also happens to be the exact size of your lug nuts/factory breaker bar.
