Default 3inch Lift Factory Tires

I want to get a 3" lift and 35's. Only problem is I can only afford the lift right now. I was wondering if any one has put on a 3" or 4" lift with the factory tires and how does it look?

what size tires???

225 goofy as hell

245 still goofy but not as bad (this was mine)

255 not as bad... but still not right

bottomline... once you get the lift... you will shortly get bigger tires... thats what credit is for.

I saw a rubicon with a 4" lift and factory Rube/BFG MT's. Looked ok...was great on the trails. Do what ever you can afford. One step at a time. This is an expensive hobby.

Default Hmmmm!

I didnt care for the look of my jeep with a 3" lift and stock 17's. I too got the lift first and then had to wait for my wheels to be made. I didnt like it, but the mod bug is strong and bit hard! Good luck!~

I waited for my 37's for about a week. Below you will see a photo of my Rubi with a FT 3" Ultimate lift and the stock Rubi wheels and tires.

Here is mine right now. Waiting on the tires to come. 3" BDS with stock X-package tires. Looks funny but drives just fine. I kinda dig it. Makes everyone look at me, and isn't that what life is all about?

Actually you are correct, although I would not say WAY more lift. When that photo was taken the Jeep had a FT 3" Ultimate lift AND a 1" body lift.
