Anyone running 39 inch Krawlers I'd like to find some info on them!!

Seeing if I can clear them with 3 inch short arm, 1.25 body and flat fenders

I would say yes with some trimming of the pinch seams on the rear.

Iam still running the stock wheels with spacers. thats all i can afford.lol

Wish I could help you, but I just picked up my 39 Krawlers this week, as part of the next upgrade project...they do look good sitting in my garage though!:

Are they mounted on rims yet?
I'm curious what height they measure on rims and also installed with weight on them
My MTRs are supposed to be 34.8
But on my JK mounted up they measure 34.

No not mounted yet, so I can't give you true dimensions. I'm hoping to start my mods this weekend, but still have to finish my son's Jeep and get it out of the garage. Here are the 39 Krawlers propped up against my current 37 BFG KM2s:
