37's with 4.10 gears
Yes I have seen the chart with tire size to gears. I was wondering is anyone running this set up and how bad is it? With this cause damage later on? I do have a Superchip, I have a 2015 Rubicon with 4.10 gears, 35" Tires, 3.5" BDS lift and no issues.

My neighbor is running 4.10s and 37s and says its livable. So no urgent need to change it, but does plan to in the future. I'm at 4.88 and 37s and I love it. Previously had 3.73, so I absolutely had to change the gearing.
And we both have the 3.6L engine and automatic transmissions.

I've got a 2012 2 door manual on 37's with about 4" of lift and its fine. I spend more time in 5th then I did with 35's but it's not bad, it's on the list to upgrade to 4.88 or 5.13 since I am considering moving up to a larger tire.

My buddy runs 37s on his 2-door manual with 3.73 gears and is surviving. I think you don't know it sucks until you change the gears out. 35s and 4.10 works great. 37s on your rig will be ok. Having a manual trans helps as you avoid potential gear hunting with an auto.
That said, once you do it, I would be willing to bet a regear makes the top of your mod list.

It is doable. I ran 37's with 4.10's and the 3.8L for over 2 years. I thought it was fine. I never used overdrive but I didn't care. With that being said, I just did some 5.38's two weeks ago and hole crap!!! Totally different Jeep. I couldn't believe I ran the 4.10's for so long. I actually enjoy driving my jeep now.

I've got a 2013 4dr automatic, running 35". I switched from 3.23 to 4.88 gears. This beast came alive! Does great on the highway and on trails. Never does gear jumping either at highway speeds.

I ran 37s on my manual 2012 for 6 months on 410s. On road is doable but not optimal. Putting in the 488s is one of the best mods I ever did. It's night and day offroad and more like stock on road
