And thank you for the info so far has been very helpful I just got my jeep two months ago and I really want to add a lift and nice big tires and want to make sure I don't rush into something that I'm going to regret later on for two reasons one money and the other it's only has 1200 klm on it

, a 4" lift and 37's will take some time and money to do it right , like what was said before most kits will have everything you need just make sure you get lower control arms for your caster also you will need a new front drive shaft soon after the lift

Now for running 37's you plan on regearing so good but you should look into at least getting gusset's on your C's

My 4" with 37's

Here is a 3 inch on 37's. cut fenders, rubi rails and pinch seams. Absolutely no rubbing now.

4.5 is pushing it. Honestly really no need to go that high unless drive some serious terrain.

Stay LCG (low center of gravity) 2.5" is enough setup right and with flat flares.
3.5" if running 37's and want the most out of your suspension.

Over 4" is tough on the JK's driveline and almost impossible to align the front end for pinion angle and have good caster (drivability)
