37" Goodyear MT/R Issues
Hey guys just got my 37's installed and balanced. Just drove from Florida to Tenn and wow what a rough ride. The steering wheel shakes at 55-65 and the whole jeep vibrates going down the road from 55 and up. If Im under 55 it rides great. I have them aired to 30psi. My thinking is that they are not balanced right but when we did it it was zero'd out it almost feels like they are out of round. What do you all think need to be done?

It definitely sounds like they aren't balanced properly. They need to be Road Force balanced, not just spin balanced. Here's a link for where you can find a shop with the right gear to do the job.

Additionally, the MTRs on my JK took a fair amount of weight to balance. Anywhere from 3-5x the amount of weight that my Toyo tires did. I also noticed on the Goodyear MT/Rs there were some chiseled marks on the lugs where from the factory they removed some chunks of rubber for some sort of preliminary balancing. Nothing that would compromise the tire's function, but obviously a little disconcerting.
Lastly, you are running a ton of air in those tires. The 124 Service Description suggests you should be running those tires inflated to 25 lbs or less. The additional inflation rate is going to make any balance issues even more pronounced while also leading to a harsh ride and improper tire wear.
Here's some data sheets to help you get a better handle on inflation rates and of course using the chalk test will get the inflation rates dialed in.

My 35" Goodyear MT/R with kevlar tires are the same, ... very rough riding and out of round. They are balanced correctly, and have been rebalanced to be sure, but have way too much run out, indicating poor manufacturing tolerances. I won't be buying another set when these are gone.

I think it takes the right balancing machine to get it right. I bought my 305X70R17 MTRs from 4wheelparts mounted and balanced on Procomp 1069s. They had a vibration of an out of balance tire. When I had my Jeep dealer install 513 gears, they rebalanced them and said one was out of round and put it on the spare. I had requested black out from 4wheelparts, not knowing these tires had to be mounted outside out, which ment white lettering out. I just had the Good Year dealer dismount, remount and balance them. Now, they are smooth riding and the spare wasn't out of round. They used a dynamic balancer like the others and not the road force type. It's still a stiff riding tire, but it couldn't be smoother.

Maybe it's not the tire.....
Just a thought, but are your wheels absolutely centered on the hub-centric part of the hub? I drove for almost 8 months fighting death wobble and continuous balancing and then re-balancing issues. My fix for everything was immediately after Discount Tire balanced and rotated my KM2s, I drove home, pulled each wheel off one at a time and wire brushed the hub clean and then reinstalled (almost painstakingly) slow, and tightened correctly. I run AEV's wheels which are hub centric and you would think that means idiot proof, but apparently not. The wheels were just not being installed correctly each time a shop. Now I have zero shake, vibration or death wobble at any speed. If you run out of theories, try this one, it's a free and might be the cure.
