37" General Grabber "red letter"
Anybody have any inside info on whether these ever going to be available as DOT legal or if you have to buy them as a race tire only?

spoke to General a couple of months ago....37's are not available to the public -- they only make them for use for their company performance drivers.....sad cause I wanted these....

That's what I thought.. Been hearing great things about these tires and disappointed that they're not available in 37's as there aren't many tires out there that really suit my needs in 37's in an AT/MT hybrid.. The FCII's are real nice but big $$$

what does the tread life seem to be on these? anyone know the weight of a 35 1250 17....i am about to order the KM2 but would like a lighter weight alternative, not alot of mud here, mostly expedition driving and winter snow/ice

Thank the Explorer/Firestone tire debacle for a tire manufacturer NOT wanting to sell a tire for on-road use.
