Default 35x12.50 Toyo MT's On 17x8 Cragar Soft 8's? Will They Fit?

Well im looking into getting new tires, and i want to go with 35 inch toyo mt's BUT on theyre website the suggested rim size is 8.5-11 inches... so it seems like id have to go for 33's, but does anyone know, for a fact, that the 35x12.50 inch Toyo MT's will fit on my cragars? i really dont want to go to 33's, i have 31's now and id really like the extra ground/axel clearence that 35's offer, please help^^

I don't have Toyo's or the Soft 8's but I am running a 35x12.50/17 on a 17x8 wheel and I think it is perfect. You will be fine!

Ya. A lot of guys run 35's on the stock Moabs. The narrower wheel puts a little more pressure on the tire bead, insuring it stays on a tad better when aired down. Known as the 'poor man's beadlock'.
