35's vs. 37's
First off I'm new to this forum some if I do something wrong please bare with me.
Anyways, is there a big difference in 35s and 37s as far as MPG, Highway drivability, axle ware and tear, etc.

first off, welcome
and second, use the search function, you'll find lots of useful info
third, yes 37's are a big step up from 35's, usually requiring re-gearing, axle strengthening etc.

Since you have an X, I think the general answer is YES, but you will be best served by searching some of the 37" tire threads as 07Rubi2dr suggested.
Since your profile shows that you already have 37s you know the upper bound of poor performance and gas mileage.
