Are 35's really 35 inches tall?

Tire rack has all the specs on their website. Select several tires and compare them.

My KM2s measure 33.5" after some wear, steel bumpers, armor, etc.

apparently Pitbull tires run true to size and have also heard that depending on the model, they even are bigger than spec'd

BFG "33" beside BFG "35". Granted, the 35 is mounted, so loses a little bit height.

It looks like the 2x4s that a long time ago used to measure 2in x 4in but are, what?, 1.5 x 3.5in?

35" MTR Kevlars here. Measured 34.2" when road force balanced. (on 17x8 rims)
