35s cut fenders stock bumpstops
Can I run 35s with cut fenders? Looking for more flex in the front? With stock bumpstops until I get some TF speedbumps for the front. I have them I'm the back and I love them l

With flat flares, you can run 35s in the front with no extended bumpstops. However, if you are still running stock length shocks, it will make no difference in your flex.
Generally, shocks limit down travel and bumpstops limit up travel.
For the back, you can run 35s with flat flares and without extended bumpstops if you remove the rear fender liners and get very aggressive with a sawsall in your rear fender well. Otherwise, you need about 2" rear extended bumpstops with minimal pinch seam trimming to run 35s. It doesn't typically make sense to extend bumpstops taller than your lift.
