As for the 30vs44 just gusset your c's and either sleeve or truss it. You already own it, run it until it pops. Then put in a d60.

I have a set of 35s and a set of 37s (looking at going bigger)......you will end up at 37s before long.

I have both as well, 35 MTR's and 37 MTR Kevlar. I run the 35's in the winter. 37 the other three seasons. Don't want to spin and catch that much mass on the 37s even with D44s I would think it would be easy to snap something. Ohio winters are rough sometimes.
