Is there a lift kit on the jeep, if there is, how high? I like the stance.

Cool Mickey Thompson M/T's

I'm running this setup and don't have any problem with the noise. Of course I usually don't wear my hearing aids so that might have something to do with it.

Quiet is relative. The Nitto's are quieter than a mud tire and I have been very happy with the on road and off road performance.

I've tried KM2s, Hankooks and Duratracs. Love the Duratracs. Been all over Big Bear, the Rubicon, and Moab and yet still a quiet smooth ride. I run them at about 12lbs. Off road without a problem. 30lbs. Highway.

Loved my duratracs too. Since switched to toyo mt and i love them as well.

MTR, MTZ, KM2, Toyo MT, Nitto, duratrac, and procomp mt are all good choices

Duratracs x whatever we're up to... Only a slight hum on the highway. Great tires

I'm surprised no one else has mentioned these tires yet. I think Goodyear MTR/K tires fit his requirements well. They look agressive, but they are smooth riding and fairly quiet on the highway.
