Nitto Trail Grapplers are not very loud. I had a stock rubi pass me on the highway and I could clearly hear his tires over mine.

I have cooper stt in 35s I get a lot of compliments on them, everyone here has Toyo MTs... I think these tires are too quiet

If you want an AT go with a duratrac or the toyo AT II. But it hose are really AT with some sidewall design. The quietest MT I have ran are the KM2, and I have run quite a few different brands.

Mickey Thompson MTZ.
They grip well on & off road. Their grip on roads is pretty similar to the BFG All Terrain which I had before -- which means very good.
The MTZ are among the less noisy for this tread type.
