Just wanted to add some of my vibes seem to have calmed down when I dropped to 30 psi, might try going lower yet and see what happens....

I've yet to do a chalk test..

I have 35 Toyo's MT and never done a chalk test but I did do a puddle test. LOL My tracks where pretty narrow, pretty much riding on the center of the tire. So for the last day or so I dropped it down to 22 and tracks and ride is way better. Can the thickness of the sidewall and number of plies effect my best psi numbers that much ??? Also do you think they will wear funny running them that low on the street ??

I was running 32 rear and 35 (or so) up front but the little furry rubber nubs on the edges of the tread were not wearing off. So, I emailed Cepek to find out what they recommend for a 4dr JK, they said 28 front and 25 rear. I did that and the wear looks good and the ride is good too. I only have about 7k miles so far and I'm getting a little over 17mpg highway.

They gave you good advice. A lot of people think you need to run these 35's with more pressure than you actually need. At the max pressure they're rated to carry 3000 poinds per tire! 25 psi would be good for a vehicle wt of 6000 pounds which only the heaviest, fully equiped and loaded 4 dr will see.
