Default 35" on Stock 18's, slight rub, need help

Hey guys-
Had to put on a new set of tires on my '13 JKU this morning (the factory Bridgestones made it to 38k and then gave up the ghost!). I opted for a set of 35" (34.84 according to their site) Nitto TerraGrappler G2's. Liked what I heard about their on road manners (as I do drive a bit for my work), but also the capability offroad without going to a Mud Tire.
My dilemma is this- had to stop to pick up a turn signal bulb for the wifes Durango and while pulling into the parking lot, I felt "the rub". Mind you, I was turned almost full lock to avoid the crappy prius parked in two spots, but it was still there. Because I'm using the factory "upgraded" 18" Sahara rims, Im guessing Im looking at getting spacers. Of course to clear 35's I do have a BB on the JKU, but am also considering a 2.5" lift in the next few months. Im not a crawler per se, but we spend time at Rousch Creek in the summer (and perhaps in the winter now) but mostly onroad, so I dont want to go too crazy.
So, any recommendations for spacers? I looked at auto Zone (while I was there for the bulb) and they had crap spacers, even the 16 yr old behind the counter eyed me down when he saw me looking. Also, I've heard good/bad about spacers so I know its my choice, but anymore knowledge on what makes good vs bad?

Thanks all-

You need spacers for sure. The rub will be worse in a harder turn as you compress the suspension more.

Spidertrax is probably most common on the JK. You will want at least a 1.5" spacer.

Or, you can limit your steering, but I think that is beyond ghetto.

Have you considered springing for some wheels with a better offset? It's not that much of a leap from 4 x spacers to 5 x wheels (if you stay with the lower priced options).

I looked at wheels, but $400 for two sets of spacers was way less than I was finding for a set of 18" wheels. And honestly, I'm still in love with my factory rims.

Check out BORA. That is what I am running on my one ton rear. Very popular with the hardcore offroad crowd as well as the big truck guys. Looks like just over $200 for all 4. These guys make good stuff. Wheel Adapters, Wheel Spacers, Hub Centric Rings | Motorsport Tech

Sweet - where are they made? Tell us about the material and manufacturing process. Obviously, share all the data you have about user experience.
