I have a 2" bb and am adding a 1" bl will 35x12.5 be ok. I never disconect the swaybar.

Yep you will be fine as long as you dont flex it too hard and/or dont disconnect that swaybar like you mentioned.

i run 35s with just a tf bb they dont hit on 15x8 cragars they stuff into a perfect spot

You'll need spacers or rims with less backspacing.

I have 16x8 crager soft 8's w 4.5 backspacing. I don't need a spacer for that will I?

No, you shouldn't need spacers with that amount of backspacing.
