Its gunna ride much different from stock. I have 35" Baja Claws and they rumble when I come to a stop.. but it feels more like a jeep than it did with stock.

You should be fine I have an 08 auto with 3.73s and 315/70/17 and its fine unless there's a strong head wind.

Also look at tire weight some tires can have as much as 20 to 30 pounds difference between them. From what I've been told unsprung weight is much worse than sprung weight.

35" MTR/K's on 4.10's and a 6-Speed. She wasn't a rockship off the lot, she still isn't, but she's still very drivable. 6th gear is still usable on the highway, but it's not a passing gear!
