Default 35 bfg km2 air pressure question from a very new jeep owner

Pick up my new 2012 jeep jk had a fox racing stage 3 kit installed and 35x12.50x17 bfg km2 tires,was told to run 40psi . After driving a few days on what felt like rocks I did the chalk test an ended up with 30psi am I about where I should be or does the seem to be to low help !

I've been running my KM2's at 28 psi for over a year and no issues with uneven wear...

28 cold here. Mine are e-rated.

I run 28 psi cold for daily driving and 34 psi for long trips.

28 - 30 psi should be good to go.

I run my on 30. If you still have your tire pressure monitor's hooked up you need to check them to keep pressure equal.
