34" MT's???

I had the MTR's, not worth the $ in my opninion. I'm thinking about a 2 or 2.5 inch lift. Those swampers are awesome but I need a daily driver and a weekend warrior tire. How are those hakook's in the mud. I am in KY and we have the slimy, gooey, stuff. It competely clogs the BFG MT's. I can deal with a loud tire but I drive 60 miles round trip 5 days a week. How about a large 33 or small 35.

I haven't had any problems in the mud. They're not nearly as aggressive as a Super Swamper, but they perform well for the money. They ride fine, but seem to be getting a little louder as they wear. I haven't had any of the Maxxis tires, but I like the look of the Hankooks better. They're priced about the same. If you're looking for an inexpensive mud tire I would definately recommend them. If you have the money to spend you might be happier with something else. I really wanted to get the Super Swamper Trxxus MT, but needed to save the money.

I just picked up 315/70/17-- (34.4/12.4/17R) Mickey Thompson MTR for $213.99 each. I have not installed them yet, waiting on wheels. I have the 2.5 skyjacker lift on my 4 door Rubi.

07RubyJK, I love you Jeep! As far as the MTR's go, I think that they carry a hefty price tag. I ran them for two years and they just didn't clean well in KY mud. My friend is still running his OEM MTR's with 50k miles on them and they look good for 25K more!
