Which 33's for a daily driver
Just purchased these DC gunmetal 7's to fit on my 4 door billet silver on its way from the factory.
Having a hard time picking tires
Going with 285/70r17
I don't want an E rated tire... Need something for everyday driving and will rarely be offroard. And by rarely I mean never
MPG are pretty important to me as we'll as being quiet
Going between
Firestone destination A/T
Bf goodrich all terrain
Toyo open country AT2
Cooper discoverer a/t3
I like the goodyear duratrac too but the price may be a little steep for me
Live in south florida wear the roads are usually wet
Ready go

I just put on some 33" Toyo Open Country a/t 2's and they are E rated and other then having the E rated on the side wall you would not know it from the driver's seat. They are very quiet and smooth as can be. I was worried they might be rougher riding but they are not.

Good to know. I always wonder about E rated tires running like wooden wheels. How do they measure once installed, do they loose a lot of height

mine are listed on the Toyo site as being 32.8" and mounted with 34psi they are actually 32.2". I have not run them at any other psi so not sure how low they go when aired down.
