Default 33" tire and my speedo?
How much will 33" tires through off my speedo?
I now have stock 18" Sahara rims/tires
How/where can I get speedo adjusted to accomodate differance?

Buy a tuner! It will fix the speedo and the adjust the shift points if it's an auto.

Its a 6spd, would any Jeep savy shop do it for a nominal fee?

I have a sport and when I went from stock to 33s my speedo was 10 mph off

Have a sport and went to 33s. It is 8 mph off at 60. Look onto AEV procal

Get the tuner anyways. The stealership wanted to charge me 100$. A used Hypertech tuner cost me 200$
