33" Duratracs on stock 17"s

33" Duratracs on stock 17"s
Goodyear Duratrac LT285/70r17
Goodyear website says its equivalent to being 32.8" tall and 11.5" wide.
The site says the LT265/70r17 that is currently on my Rubi is 31.7" tall and 10.7" wide.
Will this size rub in stock 17" rubi wheels. I've only been able to find out that 33" tires will rub. But can anyone say for sure or from experience will the above tire size rub? Sounds like a foolish question but as this tire is not quite a "33" I'm wondering if i should waist my money now on cheaper steel wheels or save up more for a set of Pintler wheels that I really want.
