Ben
But now we have lost all our peaches. This freeze will probably end the pollen for awhile.

so what is this 303 stuff supposed to do? just make it shiny? or will it protect against more pin stripes? or protect against rust, since my JK has horrible paint?

The owner's manual says not to use Armor All...I did a few times before I read that.

Protects against UV damage...didn't really make anything shiny, execpt the paint. It turned the top, fenders and mirrors black again. It also seemed to diminish the scratches on the plastic windows. I don't think it is meant to protect against scratches or rust, but i don't guess it would hurt.

I personally am only planning on using 303 for the plastic exteriors. Does it make it shiny and look detailed? Yes (matte finish though when dried), however it also protects the plastics from fading. I do not think that it will effectively protect things from scratches (the sort caused by off road adventures), but Mother's Back to Black certainly will hide/protect the black plastics from scratches. For the paint just use a high quality wax or all in one acrylic like Klasse. If your missing paint behind the hinges or something like that I'd recommend one of the PB products (not blaster). You can find the whole PB line up and their descriptions on expeditionexchange.com. 303 is good stuff and is well worth the 15 clams IMO.

Oops sorry russredx didn't see your post!

Hmm. I wonder why. Did it recommend something else, or did it just say not to use it.
I know not to use it on the roof, but didn't figure it would be any different than 303 or anything else on the interior/exterior plastics.
