By the looks of it they may be using full output minus the loss of the optics and all. Even then it's short a few thousand lumens.
The only true 35000 lumen light bar would be made by bsp. Uses 10w LEDs with a controller box for low,mid,high and strobe.

Just came in the mail, pretty sturdy, ordered it on Tuesday so shipping is fast if your from California, waiting for the psc brackets to install, this thing is crazy bright! Comes with brackets and such
