3" teraflex question

Default 3" teraflex question
My 3" lift seems to bottom out very easily on to the rear bump stops. Have stock steel rear bumper, aev tire carrier, 35 nitto tire on it, rear back seat out.
Does anybody else notice this or am I nuts?

Any suggestions on cure?

Not sure what shocks you have on there. Unless the springs are sagged out I'd say the shocks aren't up to the task.

Shocks are teraflex, came with the kit, am not a wrench bender, so I rely on fokes here a lot , but am willing to upgrade if that is the problem, open to suggestions.

I have only bottomed out in some whoops. Maybe upgrade to fox 2.0s? I have the 3 inch by TF and love it.

9550's ? Those shocks are known to leak/fail

I'd try losing the 9550s and trying maybe OME's 2.5" lift shocks. Get good reviews from people running AEV's 2.5" kit

I would disagree on adding 2.5 inch shocks on 3 inch lift.

get the teraflex valved Fox shocks. you will love them.

I would recommend the fox shocks as well have them on my 2.5" RK lift and they have been amazing on and off road so far.
