What is the backspace on the rims? Are you running stock flares or flats? How much actual lift height did the coils give? What is the measuredd height of the tires. How much bumpstop are you running? Etc.

Depending on backspacing that'll work fine. If you are running factory fenders and plastic stuff you may have to do a little trimming, but mechanically it shouldn't be an issue. The narrow width is actually kinda nice, makes it easy.
