I just add a 3" teraflex kit to a rubicon and got 4 1/2" with stock wheels and tires. I saw a stock rubicon in a parking lot and measured it and measured mine. I am shocked.

You could EASILY go to 37's. No?

Ok, this is what I have for you...

"PRE-LIFT" means I only had a 3/4" Daystar coil spacer up front, and no suspension mods in the rear. At the time, I had NO front or rear bumpers on it, not even the stock ones. I was also sitting on 285/75-16" BFG KMs at about 28 lbs of pressure.

"POST-LIFT" means it has the 3" TeraFlex coils, plus the 3/4" Daystar coil spacer up front. I also have a 94 lb winch and a front bumper that probably weighs about the same as that. Still no rear bumper. It is now sitting on 35x12.50-17" BFG KMs at about 26 lbs of pressure.

This is Drivers Side just behind the front fender PRE-LIFT:

I dont have "before" pics for these, but thought this is what you wanted to see...

I hope this helps and gives you the measurements you need. I figured it would be easier to post these pics instead of "tell" you what points I used for measurements. I'd be really interested to see what other's measurements are since I know that some of these lifts yield slightly different results. Oh, its probably good to know that I JUST put these springs on (replaced the TF 2.5" coils) and have only run 3 trails with them. So they have not "settled" or anything yet.

Basically, this shows just under a gross 4" difference up front and just over 4" in the rear. Factor in +1" for the tires and -1" for the weight of the bumper and winch... It looks like it increased around a net 4" up front and 3" in the rear.

***This isnt super precise because I dont know the exact measurements of the difference in the tires (figure 2" diff is an increase of 1" in height), and I dont know how much the weight of the bumper and winch dropped the front height.

And for those wondering about fitting 37's... My front tire (aired at about 10psi) rubbed the fender with this setup. Dont forget I have the extra 3/4" spacer up front also. Now I am running the bumpstops that came with my 2.5" coil kit so they might be allowing for a little more compression and up-travel than what might come with the bumpstops in the 3" kit. I also have adj upper and lower CA's and am happy to say get some pretty sick articulation... Time to cut the fenders I guess!

Ya I could easily go 37's just didnt know that until I had already purchased the 35's but sometime in the future.... just be careful because from what i read on this forum before i bought my lift and tires everyone recomended the 35's with a 3" Teraflex.
