Default 3.8L AIRAID airbox/AEV snorkel

just like the title says. i talked with AIRAID about this idea 9 months ago after they came out with the air box for the 3.6L pentastar. i loved how you could use a AEV snorkel with the AIRAID intake on the 3.6L. i asked them IF they could make a 3.8L air box that would allow the AEV snorkel. they have come out with this very nice and clean looking air box intake for the 3.8L!!

i actually removed my AIRAID intake and installed my stock air box for my snorkel. i noticed a decent power drop in the mid to top end when i try to get on it. i know , i know its the 3.8L but i noticed it almost right away. the jeep doesn't move like it used too. i think this kind of cool and for guys who don't like open style aftermarket intakes, this is our answer. i will post the install of my AEV snorkel with this new air box!

Wish it would fit. Supercharger might benefit from the larger tubing.
