When you say survivable. What exactly do you mean? Keep in mind I never even fathomed when I thought about putting bigger tires on that I would have to thin about changing the gears. Is my 6th gear in standard going to be useless with 4.10s? Or will it only be a mild change?

A 4.56 or 4.88 will be best for daily driving, while 5.13 to 5.38 will be best for low end power.
You will need a minimum of a 3.91, but it will be a dog.

My 08 Saharah comes with 3.21 gear ratio standard, the 3.73 gears are an option. and the rubi comes with the 4.10 standard with no option. What would be the best set up for 35's and an auto, for all around driving including city and highway regardless of mpg's but with a moderate rpm lvl below 2500. or near 2k at highway speeds. Mine as of now with the stock 32's does 2k@70mph. Auto

I have 4.10's and 35's, totally sucks! Gas mileage sucks and it has no power what so ever. You will not be able to hold 2000rpm on the highway in OD unless it's completely flat and have absolutely no head wind.

My 5.13's are on back order.....
