Mostly I get now about 17, I have a K&N installed but that dosnt help much. I can get 18 on the freeway doing exactly 65 light on the gas. When I go that slow here in SoCal, everybody speeds by me and flips me off.

I'm down on the coast so not many hills here to climb, Just a lot of flat highway. I just came back from Austin and while I was there I got worse mileage but here at home I can average 17.

Anyone know when we get a chip for our motors or an intake?

running 35's with 4.10's on 17in Beadlocks and I'm getting at best 17 but my average is about 15.5 (2012 Rubicon). I have a 3in lift with bumpers and I used the AEV procal to recalibrate so I am really happy with my gas mileage.

I have about an 11 mile commute on a 2 lane road, 55 mph with one redlight. If i drive a whole tank just back and forth to work i get 18.4. When i mix in more city stop and gk it drps down to 17 mixed. I get about 16 on yhe interstate depending on how fast i choose to go. There is a huge mpg gap between 77 and 70

Banks has their intake out along with aFe and I'm sure K&N does also. The Banks looks like the better design to me.

I guess the hills must be it. One time the computer told me I averaged 17.5 on a 60mile trip down to Dallas. That was with a good 20mph tailwind the whole way though

To add, I say go 15" if you can find the tire you want in that size...you're talking upwards of hundreds of dollars difference er tire...If I had gone even 16" with my 35" MTRs, I would have paid over $125.00 more per tire!! and over $150.00 more had I gone 17"...It's pretty ridiculous really.

I have '12 rubi w/ 4.10s & 35" km2 6sp. I consistently average between 17.2 and 18.1 depending on amount of off road, city, and freeway driving. Speedo calibrated w procal and mileage figured by calculator. On board comp calls slightly higher.
