Thank's Echo....it's one of my favorites as well. This year I plan on having the kids sit in the Jeep Hurricane and pose both Jeeps doing some flexing.

Yes 35s

33s are a waste, you will want 35s anyway plus a 33 is not much bigger than the stock size.

3.21s are doable with 35s with the OD off. I run 35s on 3.73s with the OD off and its fine. As long as you get an AEV procal or superchips or something similar to correct the speedo and shift points (if your an automatic) Drive it first and see if you really think you need gears. I honestly dont think I will be doing a gear swap

And 2.5 BB is PERFECT for 35s. The 2.5 in teraflex BB comes with all the parts you need and with TF's bumpstops I do not rub AT ALL and I wheel it pretty freakin hard

LOL thanks

i personally know 2 guys in my area that I wheel with, both have 35" goodyear mtr kevlar on the Teraflex 2.5 inch lift AND the 3.21 gears manual tranny and they have no problems. 6th gear will become useless (same as running with the OD off)

yep S comes with the factory 17s. If you plan on keeping the stock rims and just adding bigger tires you will need wheel spacers

If you get aftermarket rims with a backspacing of at least 5 you dont need spacers.

Also you will find that with a smaller rim, the tires are cheaper. For example the tires for a 15 inch rim are about 200 each and tires for a 17" rim are about 300 just FYI
