2015 JKUR on 35's or 37s?
My budget will be anywhere from $8-9k, looking to do the build around March 2016. - Rev 1.0)- I'm undecided if I want to go with 35s for now until I can get more supporting mods, or just go with the 37s right out the door. Jeep is daily driven (communte is <12mi rnd trip). I don't want to regear, that will definitely be after saving up again (March 2017. - Rev 2.0). I've heard of people doing 4.10's with 35s & 37s just fine, it might suck for awhile commuting but I'll handle it.
Keep in mind, I cannot do most of this myself due to my living situation...it will be professionally installed by a shop, not sure what the labor costs will be.
Here is my list so far (Rev1.0)
----------------------------------
LOD 2015 GEN 4 BUMPER W/ TIRE CARRIER ($1,100)
LOD 2015 Signature Series Mid-Width Front Winch Bumper ($600)
Smittybilt 97495 XRC Winch ($300)
Superchips 3872 Flashpaq Tuner ($315)
Synergy Ball Joint Kit ($250)
Artec JK Inner C Gussets ($70)
Nitto Trail Grappler M/T All-Terrain Tire - 35/1250R17 x5 ($1715) OR Nitto Trail Grapper M/T ATs 37/1250R17 x5 ($2050)
(Lift - $?) Not sure what to go with, so many options and cost varies wildly depending.
(Rims - $?) Not sure here either, not big on expensive rims though because I will be using this jeep, my brand new rubi wheels are already knarled up. So yeah....nothing crazy.
March 2017 Goal (Rev2.0)
-----------------------
Hydro Assisted Steering (PSC?) - $1500
Front Chromolly Axle Shafts - $700 (4WP . com)
Rear Chromoly Axle shafts - $500 (4WP . com)
37s & re-gear if I don't go with them above....not sure what else to add...maybe some skids, lightbar, etc.
P.S: I made a post like this already for the '07 Wrangler, but sold it and bought a 15. So ignore that post...

Chrysler locked the ECU in 2015 and from what I've seen, is not giving access to anyone. The 2015 RIPP supercharger kit comes with an entirely new ECU (from a 2014 or earlier Jeep).

I have a 2014 jkur with 4.10's auto I have 35" toyos and mostly I was happy with the get up and go. a few weeks ago I scored a deal on some bfgko2 34x10.5-17's which essentially are actually true 32" tires. holy crap I had forgotten how good it felt to have real get up and go. If I were going with 37's I for sure would want to regear.

I ran 37 on 4.10 in my 13 and was much happier than I was once I regeared to 4.88. Now I live on the coast and the only hills I have are bridges so that plays a part. I would not be scared of 37 on the 3.6, but I wouldn't do it until you were able to pay for most of those things on your rev 2.0 list.

sorry, nothing really to add. but am currently about to buy tires and having to constantly remind myself that I should stick with 35's until AFTER gears and axle strengthing mods go in. I'm also not building a mall crawler, so I need to wait on the 37's until the D44 is truly ready to handle them. Mostly just in for the subscribe so I hear the advice from the "elders" about how you need to keep it to 35 for now.
