Exactly. I have 37 Toyos with 4.75 back space with Rock Krawler arms that have high clearance bends but sacrifices the lateral bends for tire clearance. I just put on washers on the steering stops. Problem solved. It really doesn't sacrifice turning radius too much as evident my making sharp switchbacks up in Ouray, Co trails.

I totally understand

I plan on making the Jeep mine once she changes her mind again LOL. I hope to slip some 17" fuel trophy or some walker evens on her to wheel with. I am in the process of making my 2500hd more off-road capable and less mall crawler.

Yes it will work no problem. I run 20x12's with a 38x15.5x20 with the stock fender flares and chopped bumper, I never rub. You are Good.
