Ok the wife has chosen her wheels. I have a fitment question. Jeep will be lifted 3" and have PSC crushers and their Brawler mid bumper. Will a 20x10 wheel with -19 offset and 4.5" backspacing work. The tire is a 37x13.5 toyo Mt. Not looking for a stoning due to it being a 20 or advice on how much more it cost. Just a fitment question. I have searched and can't seem to find this answer, so any help for a new guy would be great.

If I remember right you'll need 3.5" of backspacing with 37's. Check the space on the bumper too, i would hate for you to get the bumper on and start to turn the wheels then have them scrub at full lock.

Not sure about the bumper but you will rub the frame and lower control arms at not even full turn let alone full turn with that backspaciing. Either adjust your steering stops with many washers or get some wheels spacers and be done with it

FYI I have 37 x 12.5 with 4.75 backspaced wheels and 1.5 wheel spacers for a total of 3.25 backspaciing and I barely clear the passenger side frame at full lock

Sounds like I should re-think the Toyo's and go with a 12.5 wide tire. I know the Nittos come in a 37x12.5 20 As far as spacers, I guess they aren't bad on a DD and any suggestions size and brand?

Spidertrax seem to be the way to go. There are other options but be aware that typically the issue with spacers isn't the grade of aluminum that they're made of but rather the grade of wheel studs they put in them.

Also.....if you haven't run across it yet, I'm sure it's coming- wheel spacers will not cause you to lose control and die in a fiery crash. Proper installation prevents that.

Ok I will keep those in mind. I will have a couple days from when i get the wheels and when I do the lift so I should be able to see worst case scenario with out the lift on. I will be ordering the wheels this week. Fuel 2 piece Full Blown 20x10..... I wish she would just put Raceline or Walker Evens' on it lol

Just a heads-up if your wife (you...) doesn't do her own rotations. Some tire shops will not touch a vehicle that has wheel spacers installed.

As mentioned, look at the thicker spridertrax type spacers with two sets of bolts, not the thin ones that sandwich between. And in addition to proper installation, remember that they need to be checked/re-torqued as part of normal maintenance. Don't just install and forget they are there.

throw 4 washers on the steering stops and you'll be fine. Im running 4.75 bs wheels with 37x12.5's and I only needed to add 4 washers to keep from rubbing the control arms on 2.5" lift

Wheels got ordered today. So this whole circus is now a go for sure. Once I am home I will break them a part take the center(their 2 piece) to the PC'er and haver red added then I will get some pics up. Thanks for not ripping me a new for a question over a 20in wheel.
