Default 2014 JK Idle Speed - ECM gurus inside.

I'm currently running a Superchips Flashcal and I've been mulling over purchasing the flashpaq tuning for my 2014 Rubicon with manual trans. I would gain the crawl tune, which I understand changes the drive-by-wire scaling in the ECM. That would be beneficial, but I think it would be even more beneficial to be able to idle up the engine to 1000-1100 rpm. I can adjust the idle with the Flashcal, but only with the flashcal plugged in. What a PITA.

What's the 'path of least resistance' to changing DBW scaling and idle speed? Is there an HPtuners program or something similar for the Mopar ECM? I don't care a bit about changing the fuel and ignition calibration.
