I went from 3:21's to 4:11's on my 2012 6 speed and it was a perfect setup. I am running 33's and it works great on the highway and does great on the trails. I did a lot of research before and talk to a lot of shops and they all told me 4:11's was the gear with this 3.6. If I spent all my time on trails then I would have went with 4:56's. There is a thread I started on here with this info.

I'm in a similar boat. Current setup with my 2012 6-speed:

3.21 with 33s. Stock bumpers, TF Leveling Kit.

I'm picking up bumpers and a 2.5" lift soon (next purchases). And eventually going to 35s. So it seems as if 4.56s is the popular pick for 35s. But what about 4.10s?

My setup is similar to many in this thread, '13 JKU auto, 2.5 lift, 315/70r17 tires. I re-geared to 4.10. I even tried the 4.56. I do my own work so labor, not that I like doing things twice, is not so much an issue. Thought that 4.56 were just a bit much for the highway, ran through gears quickly on city streets. I am happy with my 4.10, and is pretty much a daily driver. I think which transmission, auto vs. manual is a very important factor. Since many call 315 tires 35", but are usually short, more like 34", mine setup runs close to 2500 rpm at 70 mph.

I have 4.88s on a 14 auto and 315/70-17s (34.5"). Great around town which is 90% of this jeeps life, but a little low for long highway drives. I recommend 4.56s for you guys. That being said my 4.88s will be great if I go 37s which is always a possibility...

Pulled the trigger for 4.56 and decided to reinforce the front Dana 30 with a Front Artec Truss kit. Wish I had an extra $2200 for a ARB locker kit but will consider that down the road. I think my current set-up will allow me with piece of mind with a winch as a back -up.

Since you are replacing the carrier anyway, you might consider a truetrac instead of another open carrier. Just might find that you won't need the arb.

I regeared in dec. 321 to 456 and did a yukon front locker instead of the carrier. Love it. Can really get up and go if needed. Have done a little trail riding. Mine is a manual. 2012. 80mph around 2900 rpms. Most people do not go with 410s as it costs more to get them than the 456s for whatever reason. I think a happy middle between them would be ideal as 1st is really short but I have zero complaints after 6 months. I'm on 35s also.

Funny you bring that up, I spent a whole day of researching this very combo and decided to go this route. I found the best price at summit, quadratec had a spring special but expired. I will post my experience in a few weeks. Waiting on parts
