2011 with no balls
Ok I have a 2011 Sahara and this thing has absolutely no balls. I have put on a volant cai, a volant throttle body space, an MBRP xp series catback exhaust and nothing. Now I know it is a jeep and I am not asking for a race car but a little bit of gumption would be nice. I would buy a tuner but there isn't one yet. And ideas on what to do? Oh I almost forgot I do have a unichip on back order but the earliest that I will see that is in September.

Yeah I don't understand why Superchips etc can't produce a tuner for the 11's? Otherwise, I'd suggest a SC Flashpaq. Run one on my 07 and couldn't be happier with it. What size tires do you have? maybe consider re-gearing?

Look into :
....Worst case scenario, test drive a '12 or '13 and if you love the power it provides you can either get a used '12, a good deal on leftover '12s at the Stealership or order a 2013....
...If you do take that route at a bare minimum get the 3.73 gearing, but the 4.10 will be ideal...
- Regearing
- Supercharging
- TurboCharging
- V8 conversion

Have you thought of getting a baseline dyno? Maybe you got a dog and if so maybe they'll do something about it.
Is Chrysler running Cannes ecu's? If so was 2011 the start?

It took 4:88's for my 11' 2Dr JK w/33's to maintain with the flow of traffic in hilly conditions. Before the gears, the Jeep's Auto Transmission was in and out of 2nd (passing gear) constantly. To the point where my entire thoughts of ownership were being challenged. To do it over again (even here in flatland Florida) I'd go with 5:13's. Remember, when we change the Tire & Wheel's rolling mass (weight) plus the added Tire diameter it changes our overall Gear Ratios significantly. There are Ratio Charts available to help you make an educated decision. It's hard to go to low.
