Default 2011 jeep jk manual sport

Hey everyone I've wanted to ask a few questions I've been having really sloppy steering and was wondering what can be done. I have the rough country 3.5" stage 2 lift with 33's. I noticed that the boot on the tie tod end to the pitman arm is ripped. I no I have to change that but thought while I was at it Mabie getting a adjustable track bar so I can get rid of the track bar bracket and the drop pitman arm
