I don't have any trouble with ice inside of mine. I'd go with what other have said. Make sure carpet is dry. Sounds like you have a lot of moisture inside it. Using the defrost will run the ac and take the moisture out. Once it's warmed up that is...

 

If it makes you feel any better, it's been -31c or so here as well the last couple nights. Lukily, we're supposed to have a chinook role in tomorrow, and by Wednesday, it's supposed to be +4c.
No problems with the windows here, but when it gets cold, my tranny (standard) gets pretty "notchy", and my TPMS light keeps coming on.

Can't wait till summer.....
