2011 Engine Tuner issues
What is the different between the 2010 engine and the 2011? I thought they were the same....why can the current Diablo tuner tune the 2011?
I spoke to RIPPMOD and they told the the reason they don't have the 2011 Supercharger out was because the Diablo tuner cannot tune the 2011 Engine.
Are they any tuner available for the 2011?

No there currently is not - it fucking sucks. I feel like all these chip companies show their true face when money is to be made. They know 2011 will be a small market because the 2012 will have a different engine. They're not in it for the Jeep - they're in it to make the $$ - which I understand from a business point of view - but as a 2011 owner I said FUCK YOU!

Cool down, I had to wait 6 months or so until the 2010 was supported. There's program changes for pretty well every model year and they need to do testing/validation before they release it to the world.
It's worth the wait.

As I understand it, you can use the hypertext or aev Procal models now as they don't really do the performance things that bulldog and Superchips does.
I think I will save some money and do the Procal.

They are in it for the money. So, they will come out with an 11 version. It will just be a little longer they know how many 11's were sold and that there is a market for it. I'm sure they have turned their focus on the 12 engine and components but are still working on the 11as well.
No real reason to skip a year....jeep sold as many 11's as any other year so they would in essence be leaving money on the table not to provide it.

It took this long for the 10's to come out too. While everything is about money, they aren't sitting on their hands waiting for a sales report. Every year Chrysler changes things and they have to un-scramble it before they can make a working product. We have no idea how extensive the changes were.

call to Diablosport.
When I called them a couple months ago to ask about the 2011 programming, they (Diablosport) said they pretty much had to start from scratch on the 2011's due to what Jeep changed on the ECU's.
