All the replacement front unit bearing assemblies I have seen are made by Iljin; same as OEM. Even the ones sold by Timken have all the same Iljin markings as OEM.
So, shop for price and warranty.

If your talking about this:
Timken HA590242 Wheel Bearing and Hub Assembly
Then StockwiseAuto on Amazon has them for $89.04 each. I bought a set. Identical to OEM and has Timken bearings. Only issue is that the wheel speed sensor wire is too short. You can re-use your old ones or buy a Mopar one for around $20 each.
If money is no object, you can go with Spyntec, as The Dirtman suggests.

A close look at the part in the Timken box reveals all the Iljin markings of the OEM Iljin bearing assembly.
Take a close look at the ones you have.
