Any members have ay pics of their Jeep with Window Vents or Bug Deflectors.

Iam looking to add window vents but Iam unsure which Brand to go with.
Is it better to go with inchannel vents or mount them outside

Also, looking for a nice bug deflector. If anyone has any pics or opinions which is a good look or fit please post

I too have been looking for window vents.

But I will NOT get the type that mount on the outside. Had them on my Dodge 2500 and they sucked. Cracked, flapped around, fell off and left residue.

I want to get the inchannel vents as i was just searching around and they seem like a better fit. AVS inchannel.

Here's my bug deflector. It was purchased off of Amazon for about $50. It was clear and I painted the inside to match the body, it really looks awesome in person, you hardly even notice it's there when you walk by, but seems to do a good job as I've had few bugs hit the window and I believe it's even deflected a couple stones.

From what I can tell on mine, it does help, but down at the edges, it's wide open, which is where most of the air get's in, but the reality is that the movement we see from the hood is not due to air getting in, but rather air pushing down on it, then letting it up which causes it to pop up. At least that's how it appears to me.

Maybe a little bit, but I still notice some movement when a big gust of wind comes along.....that's why I bought a hood lock, extra insurance.

I drilled 4 holes and mounted it with the supplied screws. Not sure if it helps for bugs or not, I mainly got it for the looks.
